MEETINGS

The Bird Club holds an indoor meeting each month (with a break June, July and August) on the 2nd Friday of each month. Meetings are held in the Bamburgh Pavilion, on the corner of the green below Bamburgh Castle. The meetings start at 7.30 pm and last for around two hours, with a refreshment interval in the middle.

The programme of speakers and topics for the current year's indoor meetings is given below. Speakers are invited for their knowledge of their topic, and the high quality of their presentations. Most of the presentations are accompanied by excellent slides or Powerpoint images. Reports of meetings are published in the Newsletter.

During each meeting announcements are made of bird news, there is a raffle, and the opportunity to meet up with other members.

Everyone is welcome at the indoor meetings, which are free for Club members. Visitors are asked to give a donation of £2.
